a little short of 60 minutes? God I was rubbish. I rode 60 miles before the race anyway, I was late and the bike [which I decided to keep] was not fitted, I didn't get the saddle height back up, didn't have the time. Not to mention that operation followed by the cycle accident.

Not the monster but the following month, I'll try and improve that rubbish time!
