Good luck to you guys entered for next year. Sounds like another toughie following on from this years Lanza battle. I read this years Frankfurt race is a non-wetsuit swim, the bike is 185km, its gonna be 40 degrees, no calf guards etc. to be worn on the swim if anyone is into those and a 15 hour overall cut-off - pretty tough but after Lanza I am guessing should be heck of alot quicker and easier? Wishing you lots of luck have a good one all........

Hmm I did IM Germany this year and non wet suit swim freaked a couple of my mates out. One swam will bubble wrap in his tri suit. They pulled a coupe of people out of the swim as they had the words silicon on their suits. But it was generally a nice swim apart from the odd elbow in the wrong direction. Bike course had a lovely smooth surface for most of it apart from a small amount on tram lines and bumpy road works.
